El magnate amigo de Mauricio Macri est\u00e1 siendo investigado tambi\u00e9n en Estados Unidos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A trav\u00e9s de la Resoluci\u00f3n 1603, el Secretario de Interior, Jos\u00e9 Lepere, orden\u00f3 a la Direcci\u00f3n General de Asuntos Jur\u00eddicos del Ministerio del Interior que inicie una &#8220;acci\u00f3n judicial de lesividad&#8221; contra la empresa Hidden Lake, del magnate Lewis, con el fin de obtener &#8220;la declaraci\u00f3n de nulidad de las autorizaciones de previa conformidad otorgadas a la citada sociedad&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo al documento al que accedi\u00f3 \u00c1mbito, la secretar\u00eda del Interior declar\u00f3 &#8220;lesivas al inter\u00e9s general las autorizaciones de previa conformidad otorgadas en el marco de los Expedientes Nros. S02-21662\/96 y S02-21702\/96 del MINISTERIO DE DEFENSA a la actual sociedad HIDDEN LAKE S.A.&#8221;, inform\u00f3 \u00c1mbito Financiero. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La demanda se inici\u00f3 a ra\u00edz de una presentaci\u00f3n realizada por los abogados Juan Ernesto Montecino Odarda y Juan Mart\u00edn Palumbo en representaci\u00f3n de Mar\u00eda Magdalena Odarda, en la que se apuntan presuntas irregularidades en los controles de compra y venta de tierras a extranjeros en Zonas de Seguridad de Fronteras, concretamente en Lago Escondido, en la localidad de Bariloche, R\u00edo Negro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La resoluci\u00f3n se\u00f1ala que la legislaci\u00f3n argentina &#8220;declara la conveniencia nacional de que los bienes ubicados en zonas de seguridad pertenezcan a ciudadanos argentinos nativos&#8221;.
