Econom\u00eda espera exportaciones por u$s 8000 millones. <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Despu\u00e9s de varios idas y vueltas, finalmente el proyecto de ley de promoci\u00f3n del GNL lleg\u00f3 al recinto y obtuvo&nbsp;<strong>media sanci\u00f3n en la C\u00e1mara de Diputados.<\/strong>&nbsp;Fue girado al Senado, donde el Poder Ejecutivo es optimista de que pueda convertirse finalmente en ley, con el apoyo de los legisladores provinciales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La secretaria de Energ\u00eda,<strong>&nbsp;Flavia Roy\u00f3n,<\/strong>&nbsp;consider\u00f3 a la media sanci\u00f3n como un &#8220;paso fundamental&#8221;. Seg\u00fan las proyecciones oficiales, <strong>esperan<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>inversiones del orden de los u$s 40.000 millones e incrementar exportaciones por u$s 8.000 millones.&nbsp;<\/strong>&#8220;Esta ley es un paso fundamental para el desarrollo de nuestro pa\u00eds, <strong>el GNL va a permitir agregado de valor, la industrializaci\u00f3n de nuestro gas y la generaci\u00f3n de empleo&#8221;<\/strong>, escribi\u00f3 en twitter. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adem\u00e1s, detall\u00f3 la hoja de ruta para los recursos de Vaca Muerta: &#8220;<strong>Ya garantizamos el abastecimiento para el mercado interno, avanzamos con el Plan Gas e infraestructura energ\u00e9tica que da seguridad de abastecimiento, profundizamos exportaciones regionales, y con esta ley, damos marco jur\u00eddico para mercados internacionales&#8221;.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Vaca Muerta cuenta con recursos de gas para el abastecimiento por 250 a\u00f1os<\/strong>, siendo el gas el combustible de la transici\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica que definieron los pa\u00edses centrales para la seguridad energ\u00e9tica. Mediante <strong>las licitaciones del segundo tramo del gasoducto N\u00e9stor Kirchner y del Reversal del Norte<\/strong>, el Gobierno apunto a que ya en 2024 se pueda llegar con el gas de Vaca Muerta a Bolivia, Chile y Brasil, por contar con la infraestructura. Todav\u00eda restan las conversaciones con Bolivia en cuanto a la parte contractual y de precios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\"><p lang=\"es\" dir=\"ltr\">\u2705 Esta ley es un paso fundamental para el desarrollo de nuestro pa\u00eds. El GNL va a permitir agregado de valor, la industrializaci\u00f3n de nuestro gas, generaci\u00f3n de empleo, inversiones del orden de los USD 40.000 millones e incrementar nuestras exportaciones por USD 8.000 millones. <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/RwIYmUHZC0\">pic.twitter.com\/RwIYmUHZC0<\/a><\/p>&mdash; Flavia Royon (@FlaviaRoyon) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/FlaviaRoyon\/status\/1712123475526111555?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">October 11, 2023<\/a><\/blockquote> <script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Falta de consenso<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pese a que este tipo de iniciativas se votan pensando en el mediano y largo plazo (la ley da estabilidad fiscal es por 30 a\u00f1os y el desarrollo de un proyecto puede tener como m\u00ednimo 3 a\u00f1os), <strong>el proyecto no se aprob\u00f3 con total consenso en el Congreso.<\/strong> <strong>Obtuvo apoyo de los diputados del Frente de Todos y de bloques provinciales, como el MPN de Neuqu\u00e9n<\/strong>, donde el diputado Rolando Figueroa asumir\u00e1 como gobernador de Neuqu\u00e9n en diciembre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sin embargo, el bloque de Juntos por el Cambio se abstuvo.
