{"id":101598,"date":"2023-10-20T20:18:42","date_gmt":"2023-10-20T23:18:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/primereando.com.ar\/?p=101598"},"modified":"2023-10-20T20:18:51","modified_gmt":"2023-10-20T23:18:51","slug":"abren-investigacion-por-las-declaraciones-de-milei-sobre-temor-a-un-presunto-fraude","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/primereando.com.ar\/index.php\/2023\/10\/20\/abren-investigacion-por-las-declaraciones-de-milei-sobre-temor-a-un-presunto-fraude\/101598\/","title":{"rendered":"Abren investigaci\u00f3n por las declaraciones de Milei sobre temor a un presunto &#8220;fraude&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El fiscal federal Ramiro Gonz\u00e1lez cit\u00f3 a declarar al apoderado de La Libertad Avanza, quien dio detalles sobre los argumentos en los que se funda el temor del candidato a Presidente y de todo el espacio libertario.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El fiscal federal con competencia electoral Ramiro Gonz\u00e1lez abri\u00f3 este viernes una investigaci\u00f3n preliminar en relaci\u00f3n a declaraciones period\u00edsticas del candidato a presidente de La Libertad Avanza (LLA) en estas elecciones 2023, Javier Milei, en las que afirm\u00f3 tener temor a un supuesto &#8220;fraude&#8221; en los comicios generales de este domingo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el marco de esa actuaci\u00f3n, Gonz\u00e1lez cit\u00f3 a prestar declaraci\u00f3n testimonial al apoderado de LLA Santiago Viola, quien se present\u00f3 en los tribunales de Comodoro Py y manifest\u00f3 ante el fiscal que hay preocupaci\u00f3n porque habr\u00eda &#8220;intenci\u00f3n&#8221; de &#8220;divulgar&#8221; boletas &#8220;falsas&#8221; de su alianza para &#8220;luego impugnar los votos&#8221;, explicaron fuentes judiciales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esas boletas, dijo Viola en su declaraci\u00f3n, circular\u00edan &#8220;en varios distritos del pa\u00eds&#8221; en &#8220;gran cantidad&#8221; y se\u00f1al\u00f3 que no fueron impresas por LLA y tienen &#8220;diferencias m\u00ednimas y posiblemente imperceptibles para el elector con las boletas ya aprobadas por la justicia electoral&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ante esto, dijo que creen que la intenci\u00f3n es &#8220;divulgar las boletas falsas para luego impugnar los votos&#8221; y por eso se hizo una presentaci\u00f3n ante la Junta Nacional Electoral donde se pidi\u00f3 que &#8220;se aprueben todas las boletas que de forma clara y precisa den cuenta de la voluntad del elector&#8221;, explicaron las fuentes en base a la declaraci\u00f3n que prest\u00f3 bajo juramento de verdad.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El fiscal federal Ramiro Gonz\u00e1lez cit\u00f3 a declarar al apoderado de La Libertad Avanza, quien dio detalles sobre los argumentos en los que se funda el temor del candidato a Presidente y de todo el espacio libertario.
