Se trata de una causa caratulada como “averguaci\u00f3n de delito”\u00a0en donde figurar\u00eda\u00a0informaci\u00f3n de funcionarios judiciales y de pol\u00edticos. <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

El diputado de Uni\u00f3n por la Patria, M\u00e1ximo Kirchner<\/strong>, ser\u00e1 querellante en la causa 3286\/2023 caratulada como “averguaci\u00f3n de delito”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Que habiendo tomado conocimiento de que se habr\u00edan llevado adelante acciones de inteligencia prohibida contra mi persona <\/strong>y que estos hechos son materia de investigaci\u00f3n en las presentes actuaciones, vengo a solicitar se me informe si aquella informaci\u00f3n resulta veraz y se me permita el acceso a la documentaci\u00f3n referida, a los fines de poder ejercer mis derechos procesales como particular damnificado<\/strong>“.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Los abogados de Kirchner que firman la petici\u00f3n son Elizabeth G\u00f3mez Alcorta y Marcos Aldazabal, adem\u00e1s del l\u00edder de La C\u00e1mpora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
