El acuerdo entre ambos bloques propone la posibilidad de libre comercio y un compromiso de &#8220;pacto verde&#8221;, el cual fija restricciones a determinados bienes para preservar el medioambiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Las conversaciones seguir\u00e1n y el trabajo realizado es mucho, pero no est\u00e1n dadas las condiciones para firmar el acuerdo&#8221;, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Cafiero, y argument\u00f3 que el tratado &#8220;tiene un impacto negativo en la industria del Mercosur, sin reportar a cambio beneficios para sus exportaciones agropecuarias, que est\u00e1n limitadas por cuotas muy restrictivas y sujetas a regulaciones ambientales unilaterales que las exponen a una vulnerabilidad a futuro&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por su parte, el mandatario saliente declar\u00f3 en otra entrevista que &#8220;el acuerdo no se ha firmado no porque Argentina no quiera sino porque encontr\u00f3 resistencia dentro de Europa&#8221;.
