Hoy detenida por una cautelar de la C\u00e1mara del Trabajo&#8221;, explic\u00f3 el periodista\u00a0<strong>Mariano Mart\u00edn<\/strong>\u00a0en\u00a0<em><strong>C5N<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>El amparo presentado por la CGT es contra el contenido de la reforma laboral incluido en el decreto que anunci\u00f3 semanas atr\u00e1s el mandatario.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Hab\u00eda hecho una publicidad muy amplia sobre el recurso extraordinario que estaba elaborando para presentar hoy mismo, con idea de plantearle a la Corte Suprema la necesidad de reponer este DNU, pero&nbsp;<strong>no present\u00f3 en tiempo y forma a sus abogados.
