Es una derrota completa en la pulseada con los gobernadores y los bloques opositores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando se le pregunt\u00f3 a Caputo c\u00f3mo iba a reemplazar todos esos ingresos, el ministro se mostr\u00f3 evasivo: \u201cNo cedemos en el d\u00e9ficit cero, pero nos vamos a tomar un tiempo para pensarlo\u201d.
