{"id":111475,"date":"2024-06-26T17:30:21","date_gmt":"2024-06-26T20:30:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/primereando.com.ar\/?p=111475"},"modified":"2024-06-26T17:30:24","modified_gmt":"2024-06-26T20:30:24","slug":"sabag-montiel-reconocio-que-quiso-matar-a-cristina-hace-dano-a-la-sociedad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/primereando.com.ar\/index.php\/2024\/06\/26\/sabag-montiel-reconocio-que-quiso-matar-a-cristina-hace-dano-a-la-sociedad\/111475\/","title":{"rendered":"Sabag Montiel reconoci\u00f3 que quiso matar a Cristina: &#8220;Hace da\u00f1o a la sociedad&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&#8220;Es corrupta, roba, hace da\u00f1o a la sociedad&#8221;, dijo el acusado por intento de homicidio contra la ex presidenta. <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Comenz\u00f3 el juicio por el&nbsp;<strong>atentado a Cristina Kirchner<\/strong>&nbsp;este mi\u00e9rcoles, donde uno de los procesados como autor material es&nbsp;<strong>Fernando Sabag Montiel<\/strong>, quien dio un revelador testimonio sobre lo ocurrido&nbsp;<strong>el 1 de septiembre de 2022<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Delante de los jueces&nbsp;<strong>Sabrina Namer, Adri\u00e1n Gr\u00fcnberg&nbsp;<\/strong>e&nbsp;<strong>Ignacio Fornari&nbsp;<\/strong>que integran el Tribunal Oral Federal 6, el acusado indic\u00f3 que su plan era &#8220;matar a Cristina&#8221;, volviendo a volcar su odio pol\u00edtica hacia la expresidenta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En su declaraci\u00f3n, Sabag Montiel continu\u00f3 indicando los motivos por los que decidi\u00f3 atentar contra la vida de la exvicepresidenta: &#8220;M\u00e1s que personal&nbsp;<strong>es algo de inter\u00e9s p\u00fablico&nbsp;<\/strong>que tiene que ver con que yo creo que soy el resultado o el factor de muchas fallas de la Justicia. Yo estoy ac\u00e1 porque una parte de la Justicia argentina no funciona, entonces,&nbsp;<strong>me cargu\u00e9 una mochila en la cual trat\u00e9 de pagar el precio de lo que otros no hicieron<\/strong>&#8220;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video controls src=\"https:\/\/media.minutouno.com\/adjuntos\/150\/videos\/041\/616\/0041616564.mp4\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;<strong>Con respecto a la persona de la doctora Fern\u00e1ndez de Kirchner, es corrupta, roba, hace da\u00f1o a la sociedad y dem\u00e1s cuestiones que ya son sabidas que no es necesario que sean aclaradas por m\u00ed, porque la mayor\u00eda de las personas siente lo mismo que yo<\/strong>, as\u00ed que b\u00e1sicamente es redundar en pensamientos que popularmente pueden ser aceptados o bien vistos por parte de la sociedad&#8221;, se\u00f1al\u00f3, tratando de justificar su delito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sabag Montiel est\u00e1 acusado del delito de \u201c<strong>homicidio doblemente calificado por alevos\u00eda y el concurso premeditado&nbsp;<\/strong>de dos o m\u00e1s personas, agravado por el uso de arma de fuego\u201d en grado de autor; a Uliarte se encuentra imputada por el mismo delito, aunque como coautora. Mientras que a Carrizo se lo acusan de ser part\u00edcipe secundario en el intento de magnicidio contra Cristina Kirchner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este contexto, el Poder Judicial autoriz\u00f3 a que solo se puedan tomar im\u00e1genes dentro de la sala en la primera jornada y por \u00fanica vez.
