M\u00e1s de 20 a\u00f1os despu\u00e9s vuelven las cuasimonedas.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los &#8220;Chachos&#8221; tienen<strong>\u00a0un valor de 1 a 1 con relaci\u00f3n al peso, habr\u00e1 de 1.000, 2.000, 5.000, 10.000, 20.000 y 50.000 y ya circulan los billetes.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/media.minutouno.com\/p\/1971bff1d9638084b160d2ed2fe467dd\/adjuntos\/150\/imagenes\/041\/337\/0041337013\/el-chacho.jpg\" alt=\"\" style=\"aspect-ratio:1.3347921225382933;width:840px;height:auto\" title=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Los Chacho, inspirados en el caudillo&nbsp;<strong>\u00c1ngel Vicente Pe\u00f1aloza<\/strong>, ser\u00e1n de circulaci\u00f3n provincial y servir\u00e1n para comprar cualquier producto en comercios adheridos y pagar servicios e impuestos provinciales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Los Chachos cuentan con diversos elementos de seguridad, entre ellos papel de seguridad sin fluorescencia, con fibrillas visibles e invisibles, marca de agua exclusiva y de fabricaci\u00f3n registrada.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/media.minutouno.com\/p\/ff53e6d962b4b0aca07ba3484a039399\/adjuntos\/150\/imagenes\/041\/624\/0041624890\/chachos.jpg\" alt=\"\" style=\"aspect-ratio:1.8944099378881987;width:840px;height:auto\" title=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Del mismo modo, los billetes tienen fibrillas visibles en color azul y rojo, reactivas a U.V., e invisibles reactivas a U.V. en color azul; as\u00ed como numeraci\u00f3n y QR visibles en color negro, reactivas a U.V. en color azul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Otro de los detalles es un hilo met\u00e1lico aventanillado con efectos \u00f3pticos din\u00e1micos, microletra de seguridad, numeraci\u00f3n visible en color negro, reactiva a U.V. en color azul, e invisible reactiva a U.V. en color amarillo.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Al igual que en la crisis de 2001 que termin\u00f3 con el pa\u00eds en default, ahora La Rioja retom\u00f3 la modalidad de crear una cuasimoneda.
