Originalmente, la medida de fuerza estaba prevista para el d\u00eda 17, pero fue postergada debido a las negociaciones salariales de la Uni\u00f3n Tranviarios Automotor (UTA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Entre los gremios que impulsan la huelga se encuentran los Camioneros, pilotos, aeronavegantes, La Fraternidad, Dragado y Balizamiento, SOMU, la Asociaci\u00f3n Obrera de la Industria del Transporte Automotor (AOITA) de C\u00f3rdoba y el Sindicato de Apuntadores Mar\u00edtimos (SEAMARA). Estos sindicatos se reunieron en un plenario este martes y decidieron realizar el paro nacional a fin de mes, en desacuerdo con la postura m\u00e1s conciliadora que mantiene la CGT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>El conflicto con la UTA y la postergaci\u00f3n del paro<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uno de los motivos centrales para postergar la medida fue que la UTA se encuentra en plena negociaci\u00f3n salarial y bajo conciliaci\u00f3n obligatoria con la Secretar\u00eda de Trabajo. Debido a esto, el sindicato no tiene la facultad de declarar una huelga antes del 28 de octubre. La Mesa Nacional del Transporte decidi\u00f3 entonces mover la fecha del paro para el 30 de octubre, asegurando la participaci\u00f3n de los choferes de colectivos agrupados en la UTA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sin embargo, a pesar de la nueva fecha, los dirigentes de la UTA, encabezados por Roberto Fern\u00e1ndez, no participaron en la reuni\u00f3n clave que tuvo lugar este martes en el Complejo Deportivo de la Federaci\u00f3n de Peones de Taxis. Seg\u00fan fuentes cercanas, la UTA sigue adoptando una postura m\u00e1s dialoguista con el Gobierno en busca de un acuerdo salarial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>El temor por la desregulaci\u00f3n del transporte<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Desde la UTA han advertido que &#8220;los empresarios est\u00e1n preocupados por la desregulaci\u00f3n del transporte automotor de media y larga distancia&#8221;, anunciada por el Gobierno el pasado domingo.
