De modo ins\u00f3lito, el gobierno que se jacta de profesar la libertad quiere exigirle a una organizaci\u00f3n del orden privado c\u00f3mo debe resolver su propia elecci\u00f3n de autoridades.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De esta manera, la Justicia dio lugar a la apelaci\u00f3n de la casa madre del f\u00fatbol argentino luego de la resoluci\u00f3n de la Inspeci\u00f3n General de Justicia. Vale aclarar que la concesi\u00f3n es bajo \u201cefecto suspensivo\u201d hasta que se resuelva el conflicto de fondo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Como era esperable, el fallo remarca que la Asamblea Ordinaria celebrada el pasado 17 de octubre y todos los puntos del orden del d\u00eda son v\u00e1lidos. En dicho conclave fue reelecto Tapia hasta 2028, se aprob\u00f3 la Memoria y Balance 2024 y anularon los dos descensos previstos para este a\u00f1o, con 44 votos positivos tras el negativo de Talleres y la ausencia de Estudiantes de La Plata.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De acuerdo al fallo, la IGJ se excedi\u00f3 en su competencia y le record\u00f3 que es un &#8220;\u00f3rgano administrativo&#8221;.
