Seg\u00fan sus cr\u00edticos, el fallo tiene un claro trasfondo pol\u00edtico, buscando proscribir a la l\u00edder opositora y habilitar un camino sin resistencia para los planes de ajuste y reforma que promueven Mauricio Macri y sus aliados del \u201cPartido Judicial\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El tribunal, conformado tambi\u00e9n por los jueces <strong>Diego Barroetave\u00f1a y Mariano Borinsky,<\/strong> leer\u00e1 una parte resumida de la sentencia, que se extiende a m\u00e1s de 1,800 p\u00e1ginas. Aunque se espera que el contenido del fallo ya est\u00e9 decidido antes de la audiencia, a las 11:00 los secretarios lo protocolizar\u00e1n de forma electr\u00f3nica y las partes ser\u00e1n notificadas en la audiencia oral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Una causa sin pruebas concretas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A lo largo de los tres a\u00f1os y medio de juicio, las evidencias para probar que Cristina Kirchner cometi\u00f3 alg\u00fan delito fueron nulas, seg\u00fan sostienen sus defensores y varios analistas judiciales. En el proceso, desarrollado \u00edntegramente en Santa Cruz, no surgi\u00f3 ni un solo testimonio ni mensaje de correo electr\u00f3nico que implicara directamente a la expresidenta en la toma de decisiones sobre las licitaciones o adjudicaciones de obras viales.
