La maniobra busca cambiar la agenda tras el esc\u00e1ndalo del token $LIBRA, que involucra al Presidente.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El Gobierno de <strong>Javier Milei<\/strong> anunci\u00f3 este martes la <strong>designaci\u00f3n &#8220;en comisi\u00f3n&#8221;<\/strong> de los juristas <strong>Ariel Lijo<\/strong> y <strong>Manuel Garc\u00eda-Mansilla<\/strong> en la <strong>Corte Suprema de Justicia<\/strong>. La medida, tomada por decreto, se produce tras el <strong>fracaso en conseguir la mayor\u00eda parlamentaria<\/strong> necesaria para aprobar los pliegos en el Senado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El nombramiento se concret\u00f3 en el <strong>\u00faltimo tramo del receso legislativo<\/strong>, una posibilidad que hab\u00eda sido descartada en el caso de Lijo, pero que ahora se retom\u00f3 ante la imposibilidad de lograr consenso. El juez federal cuenta con <strong>dictamen de mayor\u00eda de la Comisi\u00f3n de Acuerdo<\/strong>, aunque su nominaci\u00f3n fue resistida dentro y fuera del oficialismo. Seg\u00fan versiones, el texto ya est\u00e1 en la <strong>Secretar\u00eda Legal y T\u00e9cnica<\/strong>, a la espera de la firma presidencial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El viernes pasado, el oficialismo intent\u00f3 sin \u00e9xito convocar una <strong>sesi\u00f3n especial del Senado<\/strong> para tratar el pliego de Lijo. Sin embargo, el <strong>esc\u00e1ndalo del token $LIBRA<\/strong>, una <strong>criptomoneda fraudulenta promocionada por Milei<\/strong>, tension\u00f3 el clima pol\u00edtico y ni siquiera los sectores dialoguistas accedieron a dar qu\u00f3rum. D\u00edas antes, <strong>La Libertad Avanza y sus aliados bloquearon la creaci\u00f3n de una comisi\u00f3n investigadora sobre el caso<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"768\" height=\"514\" src=\"https:\/\/primereando.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/image-62.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-117187\" srcset=\"https:\/\/primereando.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/image-62.png 768w, https:\/\/primereando.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/image-62-300x201.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aunque el Gobierno hab\u00eda dejado trascender que los <strong>nombramientos solo avanzar\u00edan con el aval del Senado<\/strong>, ahora se opt\u00f3 por el decreto. Esta decisi\u00f3n podr\u00eda responder a la <strong>necesidad de un cambio de agenda<\/strong>, justo cuando la <strong>Justicia inici\u00f3 una investigaci\u00f3n<\/strong> que podr\u00eda derivar en la <strong>imputaci\u00f3n de Milei<\/strong> por <strong>abuso de autoridad, estafa, tr\u00e1fico de influencias y cohecho<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los <strong>nombramientos por decreto<\/strong> tendr\u00e1n vigencia hasta el <strong>\u00faltimo d\u00eda h\u00e1bil de noviembre<\/strong>, cuando finaliza el per\u00edodo parlamentario. En ese lapso, el <strong>Senado podr\u00eda rechazar la medida<\/strong>. Desde el <strong>peronismo<\/strong>, que es clave para alcanzar los <strong>dos tercios requeridos<\/strong>, ya adelantaron que <strong>buscar\u00e1n anular el decreto<\/strong>. En el <strong>PRO, Mauricio Macri se manifest\u00f3 en contra<\/strong> de la designaci\u00f3n de Lijo y podr\u00eda <strong>impulsar a sus senadores a votar en contra<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El antecedente de Mauricio Macri<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El mecanismo utilizado por Milei tiene un <strong>precedente reciente en la presidencia de Mauricio Macri<\/strong>. En <strong>diciembre de 2015<\/strong>, apenas asumido, <strong>Macri intent\u00f3 designar por decreto &#8220;en comisi\u00f3n&#8221;<\/strong> a <strong>Carlos Rosenkrantz y Horacio Rosatti<\/strong> como jueces de la <strong>Corte Suprema<\/strong>. La medida gener\u00f3 un <strong>fuerte rechazo pol\u00edtico y jur\u00eddico<\/strong>, lo que oblig\u00f3 al entonces mandatario a <strong>retroceder y enviar los pliegos al Senado<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A diferencia del intento de Milei, <strong>Macri contaba con un escenario m\u00e1s favorable<\/strong>, ya que el <strong>peronismo negoci\u00f3 y termin\u00f3 avalando las designaciones en el Congreso<\/strong>.
