El fiscal federal Eduardo Taiano solicit\u00f3 que se levante el secreto fiscal y bancario del presidente Javier Milei y de su hermana Karina Milei, actual secretaria general de la Presidencia. La medida apunta a investigar sus movimientos financieros en el marco de la causa que los vincula con la promoci\u00f3n y presunta participaci\u00f3n en la operatoria de la criptomoneda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La solicitud tambi\u00e9n incluye a los empresarios imputados Mauricio Novelli y Manuel Terrones Godoy, adem\u00e1s del exfuncionario de la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Valores, Sergio Morales. Ser\u00e1 la jueza Mar\u00eda Servini quien defina si acepta el pedido del fiscal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gregorio Dalb\u00f3n, abogado querellante, ya hab\u00eda reclamado que se congelen los activos financieros de los hermanos Milei en Estados Unidos. Ahora, la fiscal\u00eda avanza con un enfoque patrimonial, intentando determinar si existieron beneficios econ\u00f3micos vinculados al token.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La causa fue trasladada a los tribunales de Comodoro Py por decisi\u00f3n de la C\u00e1mara Federal de San Mart\u00edn, que desplaz\u00f3 a la jueza Sandra Arroyo Salgado, quien hab\u00eda retenido el expediente alegando que los mensajes promocionales del token se hab\u00edan emitido desde la Quinta de Olivos.
