Se estima que <strong>m\u00e1s de 74.000 personas perdieron cerca de 286 millones de d\u00f3lares<\/strong> en lo que expertos describen como una estafa de salida o <strong>\u201crug pull\u201d<\/strong>, una maniobra cl\u00e1sica del ecosistema cripto donde los promotores retiran los fondos y abandonan el proyecto tras inflar su valor artificialmente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El tribunal consider\u00f3 <strong>inadmisible<\/strong> el recurso presentado por Novelli y Terrones Godoy, afirmando que <strong>los damnificados tienen derecho a participar activamente en la investigaci\u00f3n penal como querellantes<\/strong> y a impulsar medidas de prueba.
