{"id":119148,"date":"2025-06-02T13:30:40","date_gmt":"2025-06-02T16:30:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/primereando.com.ar\/?p=119148"},"modified":"2025-06-02T13:30:42","modified_gmt":"2025-06-02T16:30:42","slug":"la-justicia-suspendio-el-dnu-que-limitaba-el-derecho-a-huelga","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/primereando.com.ar\/index.php\/2025\/06\/02\/la-justicia-suspendio-el-dnu-que-limitaba-el-derecho-a-huelga\/119148\/","title":{"rendered":"La Justicia suspendi\u00f3 el DNU que limitaba el derecho a huelga"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La Justicia orden\u00f3 la suspensi\u00f3n del DNU del gobierno nacional que restring\u00eda el derecho a huelga, un duro rev\u00e9s para el Ejecutivo en plena ofensiva judicial contra las protestas sociales.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La Justicia federal orden\u00f3 la suspensi\u00f3n del Decreto de Necesidad y Urgencia (DNU) emitido por el gobierno de Javier Milei que establec\u00eda l\u00edmites al derecho de huelga, <\/strong>considerando que su implementaci\u00f3n viola principios constitucionales y convenios internacionales ratificados por Argentina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El fallo, emitido por el juez <strong>Santiago Hern\u00e1n Corso,<\/strong> respondi\u00f3 a una acci\u00f3n de amparo presentada por diversos sindicatos opositores que cuestionaron la constitucionalidad del decreto. Entre los reclamantes se encontraban sectores de la CGT, agrupaciones docentes, estatales y gremios de transporte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En su resoluci\u00f3n, el magistrado sostuvo que el DNU \u201cintervino indebidamente en derechos colectivos reconocidos por la Constituci\u00f3n Nacional y tratados internacionales\u201d, y advirti\u00f3 que no corresponde al Poder Ejecutivo modificar condiciones laborales esenciales mediante instrumentos de urgencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este fallo representa un nuevo enfrentamiento entre el gobierno nacional y el Poder Judicial, en momentos en que el presidente Milei busca avanzar con reformas y medidas de ajuste bajo el argumento de la crisis econ\u00f3mica. <strong>La decisi\u00f3n judicial, aunque provisional, pone en suspenso una de las principales herramientas de presi\u00f3n social y sindical en medio de un escenario de creciente descontento.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Justicia orden\u00f3 la suspensi\u00f3n del DNU del gobierno nacional que restring\u00eda el derecho a huelga, un duro rev\u00e9s para el Ejecutivo en plena ofensiva judicial contra las protestas sociales.
