{"id":120872,"date":"2025-08-18T16:20:15","date_gmt":"2025-08-18T19:20:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/primereando.com.ar\/?p=120872"},"modified":"2025-08-18T16:20:16","modified_gmt":"2025-08-18T19:20:16","slug":"la-justicia-declaro-nulo-el-veto-de-milei-a-la-ley-de-emergencia-en-discapacidad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/primereando.com.ar\/index.php\/2025\/08\/18\/la-justicia-declaro-nulo-el-veto-de-milei-a-la-ley-de-emergencia-en-discapacidad\/120872\/","title":{"rendered":"La justicia declar\u00f3 nulo el veto de Milei a la ley de emergencia en discapacidad"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El gobierno de Javier Milei sufri\u00f3 un golpe institucional de magnitud luego de que el Juzgado Federal de Campana declarara inv\u00e1lido el decreto que hab\u00eda vetado la ley de Emergencia en Discapacidad, sancionada previamente por el Congreso.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En su fallo, <strong>el juez remarc\u00f3 que <em>\u201cel derecho a la salud, educaci\u00f3n y rehabilitaci\u00f3n de ni\u00f1os con discapacidad debe prevalecer frente a restricciones presupuestarias\u201d<\/em><\/strong>, una afirmaci\u00f3n que deja sin sustento el argumento central de la Casa Rosada para justificar el veto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La sentencia subraya que <strong>los afectados son personas en \u201cm\u00faltiple situaci\u00f3n de vulnerabilidad\u201d<\/strong>, tanto por ser ni\u00f1os como por su condici\u00f3n de discapacidad, <strong>lo que obliga al Estado a otorgarles una<\/strong> <strong>protecci\u00f3n especial<\/strong>, <strong>seg\u00fan lo establece la Constituci\u00f3n Nacional.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El Gobierno hab\u00eda fundamentado su decisi\u00f3n en el <strong>Decreto 534\/2025<\/strong>, alegando que la aplicaci\u00f3n de la ley implicaba un costo adicional de m\u00e1s de 7 billones de pesos en 2025 y cerca de 17 billones en 2026, sin fuentes de financiamiento claras.
