El Presidente insiste en celebrar el super\u00e1vit primario como si fuera la gran bandera de su gesti\u00f3n, pero los intereses de la deuda \u2013que su propio gobierno no deja de acumular<\/strong>\u2013 terminaron borrando la sonrisa: el resultado financiero volvi\u00f3 al rojo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En julio, el super\u00e1vit primario alcanz\u00f3 $1,7 billones. Sin embargo, cuando se observa la pel\u00edcula completa aparece el dato inc\u00f3modo: el resultado financiero arroj\u00f3 un d\u00e9ficit de $168.515 millones, lo que marca un salto del rojo del 41% en t\u00e9rminos reales frente al mismo mes de 2024. <strong>En julio el d\u00e9ficit fiscal fue del 1,6% y se espera un n\u00famero todav\u00eda peor en agosto. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La explicaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 en los intereses de la deuda, un gasto que no entra en la cuenta \u201cprimaria\u201d y que en la jerga de la City se conoce como \u201cemisi\u00f3n silenciosa\u201d. Milei habla de \u201cemisi\u00f3n cero\u201d, pero la realidad lo desmiente: la base monetaria trep\u00f3 97% en un a\u00f1o y la deuda flotante \u2013pagos postergados por el Estado\u2013 se dispar\u00f3 a $3,8 billones en junio, m\u00e1s del triple que en mayo. Un bache que no desaparece, solo se patea para adelante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLos vencimientos de intereses de los Bonares y Globales son muy altos en enero y julio. En julio se sum\u00f3 adem\u00e1s el pago del medio aguinaldo al sector p\u00fablico\u201d, se justific\u00f3 en X el ministro Luis \u201cToto\u201d Caputo, se\u00f1alando que solo en ese mes los intereses netos abonados alcanzaron $1,9 billones, 247% m\u00e1s que el promedio mensual entre febrero y junio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El argumento oficial no es casual: el super\u00e1vit es la \u00fanica carta fuerte que Milei puede mostrar como resultado econ\u00f3mico y el pilar de todo su programa.
