La sentencia tambi\u00e9n<strong> incluye la realizaci\u00f3n de tareas comunitarias durante un a\u00f1o y la obligaci\u00f3n de pedir disculpas p\u00fablicas en TikTok.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La denuncia fue presentada por <strong>Juan Grabois y Roberto Baradel<\/strong>, luego de que el empresario difundiera <strong>mensajes intimidatorios contra ellos<\/strong>, as\u00ed como contra <strong>Rub\u00e9n \u201cEl Pollo\u201d Sobrero<\/strong> y <strong>Hugo Moyano<\/strong>, en diciembre de 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En esos videos,<strong> Chediek advert\u00eda que quienes protestaran contra el gobierno de Javier Milei pod\u00edan ser v\u00edctimas de disparos o agresiones<\/strong>, llegando incluso a amenazar directamente a Grabois: \u201cTe aviso que sos responsable por lo que le pueda pasar a tu gente&#8230; <strong>Llev\u00e1 matafuegos y chalecos, porque de este lado no hay balas de goma\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>El juez<\/strong> <strong>Daniel Rafecas<\/strong> <strong>concluy\u00f3 que Chediek \u201cexcedi\u00f3 ampliamente la libertad de expresi\u00f3n\u201d<\/strong> y que sus mensajes buscaban generar temor.
