Por su parte, la\u00a0<strong>carne aument\u00f3 un 71%<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>interanual<\/strong>, es decir, m\u00e1s del doble que la acumulada en todo el a\u00f1o pasado.\u00a0Ese golpe dur\u00edsimo al bolsillo de los argentinos repercute en que la carne dej\u00f3 de ser un alimento cotidiano de las familias en el pa\u00eds. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan la C\u00e1mara de la Industria y el Comercio de Carnes y Derivados de la Rep\u00fablica Argentina (CICCRA), en los \u00faltimos dos a\u00f1os el consumo per c\u00e1pita de carne bovina en Argentina cay\u00f3 de manera significativa y se ubic\u00f3 en niveles hist\u00f3ricamente bajos comparado con a\u00f1os previos (alrededor de 42-48 kg\/a\u00f1o). Pese a que en 2025 hubo una leve recuperaci\u00f3n respecto a 2024, el consumo sigui\u00f3 por debajo de los valores de 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El gobierno de Javier Milei decidi\u00f3 sacar las retenciones a la carne y de ese modo beneficiar a otros pa\u00edses que compran carne argentina.
