De este modo, la central descart\u00f3 adherir al paro de 36 horas con movilizaci\u00f3n convocado por el sector m\u00e1s combativo agrupado en el Frente de Sindicatos Unidos (Fresu).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La determinaci\u00f3n fue adoptada en una reuni\u00f3n ampliada de la mesa chica cegetista que tuvo lugar en la sede de Uni\u00f3n del Personal Civil de la Naci\u00f3n (UPCN), ubicada en Moreno al 1300. All\u00ed, los principales referentes sindicales debatieron la continuidad del plan de lucha y finalmente se impuso la postura de concentrar los esfuerzos en la v\u00eda judicial para cuestionar aspectos del proyecto oficial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al t\u00e9rmino del encuentro, el triunviro Jorge Sola explic\u00f3 que la decisi\u00f3n fue \u201crespaldar el an\u00e1lisis legal que se viene realizando y la presentaci\u00f3n que har\u00e1 la CGT sobre los puntos que consideramos inconstitucionales\u201d. Con esa definici\u00f3n, la central opt\u00f3 por una estrategia m\u00e1s moderada: la movilizaci\u00f3n no incluir\u00e1 una convocatoria masiva a trabajadores y afiliados, sino que estar\u00e1 integrada principalmente por dirigentes y delegados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante el debate interno, no obstante, surgieron posiciones m\u00e1s confrontativas. Juan Carlos Schmid, referente de Dragado y Balizamiento y titular de la Confederaci\u00f3n Argentina de Trabajadores del Transporte (CATT), propuso avanzar con paros sectoriales en reclamo de mejoras salariales y laborales.
