Antes de viajar a Roma para ser parte de la reunión del G-20, el presidente Alberto Fernández relevo al ex mandatario Mauricio Macri del secreto de Estado que hoy le impidió prestar declaración indagatoria en el marco de la investigación por supuesto espionaje ilegal sobre los familiares de los tripulantes del submarino ARA San Juan, que se hundió en noviembre de 2017.<\/p>\n

El decreto fue realizado por la Secretaría de Legal y Técnica, a cargo de Vilma Ibarra, que propuso dejarlo listo antes del viaje internacional del jefe de Estado, que partirá esta noche y regresará a la Argentina el próximo miércoles 3 de noviembre. Ante el juez federal de Dolores Martín Bava, la defensa de Macri planteó que no podía declarar si no se lo relevaba del secreto de estado que le corresponde por ser un ex presidente.<\/p>\n

El magistrado le había solicitado a la Agencia Federal de Inteligencia (AFI) que le diera luz verde para hablar en la causa, pero el organismo estatal le contestó que esa tarea estaba a cargo del Poder Ejecutivo. Tras hacer lugar al pedido del abogado de Macri, Pablo Lanusse, el juez Bava cursó el pedido al Presidente, que rápidamente se puso en marcha con la firma del decreto.<\/p>\n

El juez federal de Dolores, Martín Bava, había requerido al presidente, Alberto Fernández, que, "de ser necesario", releve a su antecesor en el cargo, Mauricio Macri, del "deber de confidencialidad" para que pueda declarar en calidad de imputado en la causa en la que se investigan las supuestas maniobras de espionaje ilegal sobre los familiares de los tripulantes del submarino Ara San Juan, informaron fuentes judiciales.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
