A través del programa Animales Sueltos, el camarista Eduardo Farah aseguró además que el mandatario "fue mal informado" sobre el fallo que benefició a Cristobal López.<\/p>\n

"Creo que el Presidente fue mal informado, no creo que haya tenido tiempo de leer la resolución. Tiene derecho a dar su opinión, pero tendría que medirse un poco", afirmó uno de los jueces atacados por el jefe de Estado con su ya conodido método de "opinar como un ciudadano".<\/p>\n

El magistrado respondió así este lunes a las manifestaciones de Macri, quien había mostrado la noche anterior su enojo e "indignación" por la marcha atrás en algunos prisiones preventivas.<\/p>\n

Ante las críticas puntuales por el fallo referido al empresario de medios, Farah expresó: "Escuché un montón de opiniones apenas salido el fallo que no reflejan lo que la resolución dice. El fallo está bien dictado".<\/p>\n

"Nosotros confirmamos el auto de procesamiento de estas dos personas, elegimos una figura legal que entendimos que era la correcta. Nos mantuvimos dentro de los términos del fallo de Casación que dijo que esos delitos tributarios pueden ser aplicados por la justicia federal", puntualizó.<\/p>\n

Luego añadió: "Instamos al juez a que siga investigando la relación de este delito con el resto de las maniobras que fueron denunciadas. Si a esto lo llaman beneficiar a unos imputados, bueno, creo que es equivocado".<\/p>\n

Por último, y refiriéndose específicamente a la prisión preventiva, aclaró que "el único riesgo de entorpecimiento que había invocado el juez de primera instancia estaba equivocado".<\/p>\n
