A través del Consejo de la Magistratura el juez Enrique Velázquez fue denunciado por presunta “inhabilidad ético moral”.<\/p>\n

El juez que procesó y embargó al policía, Luis Chocobar, que está acusado de exceso de legítima defensa fue denunciado ante el Consejo de la Magistratura por presunto mal desempeño en sus funciones.<\/p>\n

La presentación la hizo un abogado como forma de retrucar la decisión del Juzgado Nacional de Primera Instancia de Menores N° 7 contra el uniformado.<\/p>\n

Según el letrado, el juez incurrió en "mal desempeño, inhabilidad ético moral y prevaricato" al avanzar contra el efectivo y haberle impuesto un embargo de 400 mil pesos.<\/p>\n

La causa ya fue elevada a la Comisión de Disciplina del Consejo, presidida por el diputado de Cambiemos Pablo Tonelli, quien presidirá una reunión para analizar la denuncia y decidir si se avanza o no con la acusación.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
