La Corriente Federal de Trabajadores expresó rechazó la reforma laboral “ni entera ni por partes” y al mega DNU firmado por Mauricio Macri en donde derogó 19 leyes y modificó otras 140 pasando por encima de la potestad del Congreso de la Nación.<\/strong><\/p>\n

LA CFT pronunció su rechazo al mega DNU firmado por Mauricio Macri días atrás, que despertó repercusiones en todo el arco opositor. Además, anunciaron su posición en cuanto a la reforma laboral, que en los últimos días el Gobierno cambió su estrategia en busca de su sanción. En primer lugar no será tratada en sesiones extraordinarias en febrero que era la intención inicial, pero abandona también la idea de sancionar el bloque completo de la reforma ante un escenario legislativo sin los apoyos necesarios. Sumado a ello, el Gobierno de Mauricio Macri aún evalúa los daños que le ha dejado la sanción de la reforma previsional  y el escándalo que envuelve al ministro de Trabajo, Jorge Triaca. Contando solamente un sondeo de la Universidad de San Andrés, el Gobierno sufre una baja de la imagen presidencial que supera los 14 puntos, que se suma a una expectativa en la economía que se ha derrumbado.<\/p>\n

Frente a ello, desde la Corriente advierten que el planteo es impulsar las reformas, pero con discusiones parciales para evitar la resistencia que se va a plantear, inevitablemente, de un sector amplio del movimiento obrero, entre ellos la Corriente Federal de Trabajadores. Ir paso a paso, con menos impacto en los medios y la opinión pública, pero sin abandonar el objetivo de sancionar una ley flexibilizadora y con quita de derechos para los trabajadores.<\/p>\n

La CFT, también ha repudiado al Decreto de Necesidad y Urgencia (DNU) 27\/2018 firmado por el presidente Mauricio Macri el 11 de enero pasado. Sin necesidad y sin urgencia Macri avanzó sobre la potestad del poder legislativo para derogar 19 leyes y modificar otras 140. Todo en un mismo mega DNU.<\/p>\n

Al respecto la CFT lo rechaza por:<\/p>\n

Inconstitucional<\/em><\/p>\n

Quebrar la división de poderes<\/em><\/p>\n

Permitir hacer negociados con los Fondos de Garantía de Sustentabilidad de la ANSES.<\/em><\/p>\n

Permitir el embargo de las cuentas sueldos  garantizando a como dé lugar la rentabilidad del sector financiero  con una economía en franco deterioro, con aumento de la morosidad en los créditos y avanzando sobre los salarios pese a su carácter alimentario.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
