El concejal de San Martin por Unidad Ciudadana advirtió sobre el tarifazo que esconde María Eugenia Vidal detrás del revaluó fiscal.<\/strong><\/p>\n

El director del Centro de Economía Politica Argentina y concejal del distrito de San Martín, Hernan Letcher, denunció que a raíz del revalúo fiscal para actualizar el valor de las propiedades que dictó el Ejecutivo en la Provincia, la reforma fiscal e Impositiva que propone María Eugenia Vidal encubre un fuerte tarifazo que puede superar el 500% de aumento. En diálogo con el periodista Gustavo Silvestre, Letcher explicó: "El revalúo fiscal modifica el valor fiscal del inmueble. Si el revalúo fiscal aumenta el 1000% la tasa aumenta en la misma proporción". En la misma línea, advirtió: "El límite del 56% de aumento es solo a nivel provincial, no a nivel local. A nivel local no hay límite en el aumento".<\/p>\n

Por su parte, el concejal agregó que propuso semanas atrás ante el Consejo Deliberante un tope de aumento del 25% al Alumbrado, Limpieza y Servicios Municipales Indirectos (ALSMI) local, pero el oficialismo que responde al Intendente Gabriel Katopodis se opuso. “Todos los aumentos que proponen están por encima de la inflación por lo cual el bolsillo no resiste”, acusó Letcher.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
