Cuestion&#xF3; que se d&#xE9; el beneficio de la duda a las fuerzas de seguridad.<\/p>\n<p>Ricardo Alfons&#xED;n sali&#xF3; a cruzar a Patricia Bullrich, quien defendi&#xF3; el accionar de Prefectura y sostuvo que el Estado no debe probar que las fuerzas de seguridad actuaron en leg&#xED;tima defensa en la muerte del joven mapuche Rafael Nahuel, asesinado en Villa Mascardi durante un operativo.<\/p>\n<p>&quot;No s&#xE9; de d&#xF3;nde se puede sacar semejante cosa. Y cualquiera, incluso un particular, debe probar la leg&#xED;tima defensa en la Justicia. Hay que ser ser muy exigentes con el cumplimiento de la ley. No solo los ciudadanos, sobre todo el Estado. Es preferible exagerar en ese sentido y no en el contrario&quot;, consider&#xF3; el legislador.<\/p>\n<p>En este sentido, Alfons&#xED;n apunt&#xF3; tambi&#xE9;n contra la vicepresidenta Michetti y aclar&#xF3; que &quot;exigir la verdad no puede ser interpretado ni como un ataque a la instituci&#xF3;n ni a la comunidad&quot;.<\/p>\n<p>&quot;El beneficio de la duda, es un principio aplicable en la sentencia. Lo que corresponde ahora es facilitar la investigaci&#xF3;n, sin prejuzgar&quot;, opin&#xF3;.<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, el diputado dijo que&#xA0;le &quot;preocupan las manifestaciones racistas&quot;&#xA0;que, a su entender, surgieron a partir de los conflictos territoriales con grupos abor&#xED;genes y agreg&#xF3; que el Gobierno &quot;debe condenarlas&quot;.<\/p>\n<p>&quot;Hay que tener mucho cuidado de no alentarlas.
