{"id":35149,"date":"2017-11-27T23:59:18","date_gmt":"2017-11-27T23:59:18","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2017-11-27T23:59:18","modified_gmt":"2017-11-27T23:59:18","slug":"odebrech-ordenan-embargo-de-54-millones-al-primo-de-mauricio-macri-angelo-calcaterra","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/primereando.com.ar\/index.php\/2017\/11\/27\/odebrech-ordenan-embargo-de-54-millones-al-primo-de-mauricio-macri-angelo-calcaterra\/35149\/","title":{"rendered":"Odebrech: Ordenan embargo de 54 millones al primo de Mauricio Macri, \u00c1ngelo Calcaterra"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>En el marco de la investigaci&#xF3;n por el presunto pago de sobornos y sobreprecios en las obras del soterramiento del tren Sarmiento, por parte del consorcio de empresas lideradas por Odebrecht, el fiscal Franco Picardi orden&#xF3; un embargo de $ 54.350.000 al ex titular de la firma IECSA y primo del presidente Mauricio Macri, &#xA0;Angelo Calcaterra.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A su vez, la Fiscal&#xED;a solicito el embargo por $ 4.350.000 al ex secretario de Transporte Ricardo Jaime, al ex secretario de Obras P&#xFA;blicas Jos&#xE9; L&#xF3;pez, a Jorge &quot;Corcho&quot; Rodr&#xED;guez, y a los directivos de Odebrecht. Adem&#xE1;s, el fiscal Picardi solicit&#xF3; al juez federal, Marcelo Mart&#xED;nez de Giorgi, designar a un veedor para inspeccionar las obras del soterramiento del tren Sarmiento.<\/p>\n<p>Para el fiscal Franco Picardi hubo un &quot;direccionamiento&quot; y &quot;modificaciones&quot; en las licitaciones y contratos a favor del consorcio Odebrecht. Para la fiscal&#xED;a, los sobornos se pagaron por medio de de la empresa CAESA de Manuel V&#xE1;quez, ex asesor de Jaime en la Secretar&#xED;a de Transporte. El total de los il&#xED;citos rondar&#xED;a los 600 mil pesos provenientes de empresas offshore radicadas en el exterior.
