Lo afirmó el juez Gustavo Lleral al brindar detalles de la autopsia de Santiago Maldonado. "Se estableció que estuvo siempre bajo el agua y no en otras condiciones", amplió.<\/strong><\/p>\n

El informe pericial sobre el cuerpo de Santiago Maldonado, el joven que había sido visto con vida por última vez durante una represión ilegal de la Gendarmería en la Pu Lof en Resistencia, confirmó que "falleció por ahogamiento, por sumersión en las aguas del río Chubut, coadyuvado por hipotermia". En la misma línea, aclaró: "Se estableció que estuvo siempre bajo el agua y no en otras condiciones".<\/p>\n

Además, el magistrado confirmo que 48 peritos participaron de la junta, y explico: "En base a las constancias, se expuso a todos los peritos y luego de que se expusieran las conclusiones hubo unanimidad". El diario Página 12, agregó que se utilizaron diversas fórmulas para determinar la cantidad de días que estuvo el cuerpo de Maldonado en el río y todas arrojaron que, en total, fueron como mínimo 55. Otra fórmula arrojó "más de 60" y una tercera, 72 días. También se confirmó que Santiago "murió en el río", aunque no se sabe exactamente dónde, y que su cuerpo emergió a superficie unos siete días antes de ser encontrado.<\/p>\n

Acerca del futuro de la causa, el Juez advirtió que "hay que realizar una reconstrucción histórica". "La causa va a seguir tramitando. Las pruebas se siguen recolectando.
