Seg&#xFA;n Cohen, Argentina habr&#xED;a pagado 7000 millones de d&#xF3;lares de m&#xE1;s entre 2008 y 2015 para importar gas licuado.<\/p>\n<p>Cohen es un perito de la Corte Suprema. Ahora la fiscal federal Paloma Ochoa di&#xF3; impulso a la denuncia que present&#xF3; el ex presidente de Enarsa Walter Fagyas contra el ingeniero. Las razones de su imputaci&#xF3;n por falso testimonio se deben a que los elementos probatorios que cita la pericia no son s&#xF3;lidos.<\/p>\n<p>&quot;El denunciante concluy&#xF3; que Cohen sab&#xED;a que era del todo deficiente su m&#xE9;todo para calcular los precios a los que Argentina deber&#xED;a haber pagado el GNL pues no estaba incluyendo la necesaria variable de la prima o premio y estaba tomando un valor de referencia local de un producto distinto -Gas Natural de EEUU y no GNL a nivel mundial-. Parte de la informaci&#xF3;n que utiliz&#xF3; en su informe la busco y copio de distintos sitios de internet y luego omiti&#xF3; o falseo las verdaderas fuentes&quot;, describi&#xF3; la fiscal en su resoluci&#xF3;n.
