El periodista y titular del CELS, Horacio Verbitsky, se refirió al cadáver encontrado ayer en el Río Chubut, en la zona donde ocurrió la represión de la Gendarmería en la comunidad mapuche Pu Lof en Resistencia. “Habrá que investigar muy bien cómo llego allí el cuerpo. “Estaba 300 metros río arriba, y los cuerpos no remontan el curso de un río”, advirtió.<\/p>\n

Además, Verbitsky cuestionó la actuación en el caso de Gendarmería y del Gobierno nacional: “La foto que mostré la tenía la Gendarmería y no la entregó a la Justicia. Fue secuestrada en el primer allanamiento que hace el primer juez, Guido Otranto, cuatro días después de la desaparición de Santiago. Estaba en un disco rígido de una computadora de Gendarmería, es decir que retuvieron una prueba fundamental que hubiera contribuido a disipar toda una serie de versiones que el Gobierno difundió intencionadamente tratando de desviar la atención, ubicando a Santiago Maldonado en lugares absurdos”, recordó en declaraciones a Radio 10.<\/p>\n

“Claramente, Patricia Bullrich y el Gobierno no han actuado de buena fe en toda esta historia. Tenían la última foto de Santiago Maldonado y la escondieron y se supo por un allanamiento que hizo el juez, y el propio juez no hizo el análisis del material que había”, siguió Verbitsky. El Gobierno “no tuvo intención de abocarse al tema, sino de encubrir”, cuestionó.<\/p>\n
