Hay una p&#xE9;rdida muy clara de imparcialidad en la presente causa&quot;, sigui&#xF3; se&#xF1;alando el CELS en su presentaci&#xF3;n judicial.<\/p>\n<p>En el mismo sentido se explay&#xF3; Sergio, hermano de Santiago Maldonado: &quot;Otranto est&#xE1; m&#xE1;s preocupado en defender a la Gendarmer&#xED;a que en encontrar a mi hermano&quot;, declar&#xF3;. Tambi&#xE9;n pidieron el desplazamiento del cuestionado magistrado.<\/p>\n<p>Otranto es defendido por el Gobierno de Mauricio Macri, que est&#xE1; interesado en quitar del medio cualquier posible responsabilidad de la Gendarmer&#xED;a y de los funcionarios de la cartera de Seguridad.
