Fernando Garelli, integrante de la Red Federal de Afectadxs CONICET, resalt&#xF3; que &#x201C;la propuesta de reubicar a los afectados en universidades nacionales tiene muchas cosas poco claras ya que no garantiza estabilidad laboral, podr&#xED;a implicar relocalizaciones forzosas y problemas con el salario&#x201D;.<\/p>\n<p>Se trata de un parche que dise&#xF1;&#xF3; la gesti&#xF3;n de Lino Bara&#xF1;ao para distribuir en diferentes organismo, aunque sin precisiones, a los investigadores y as&#xED; sacarlos de la &#xF3;rbita del Conicet, a pesar de haber ganado el concurso para ingresar al organismo.<\/p>\n<p>&#x201C;Hoy en d&#xED;a, somos 451 los afectados por el recorte. De estos 451, aparentemente, a 410 nos propondr&#xED;an el programa de universidades para ser Jefes de Trabajos Pr&#xE1;cticos. Por lo que habr&#xED;a otros 41 que ingresar&#xED;an en otros organismos estatales como el INTA o el INTI&#x201D;, explic&#xF3; Garelli a la&#xA0;Agencia CTyS-UNLaM,<\/p>\n<p>&#x201C;Hemos hecho el doctorado y el post doctorado -remarca el integrante de Afectadxs CONICET-, hemos concursado para ingresar en la carrera de investigador, obteniendo la doble recomendaci&#xF3;n que se suele dar. Esto implica una doble evaluaci&#xF3;n de una comisi&#xF3;n y de una junta&#x201D;, agreg&#xF3;.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, advirti&#xF3;: &#x201C;No ingresamos expl&#xED;citamente por problemas de presupuesto.
