{"id":36441,"date":"2017-08-20T17:33:24","date_gmt":"2017-08-20T17:33:24","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2017-08-20T17:33:24","modified_gmt":"2017-08-20T17:33:24","slug":"imputan-a-aranguren-y-a-laura-alonso-por-las-represas-de-santa-cruz","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/primereando.com.ar\/index.php\/2017\/08\/20\/imputan-a-aranguren-y-a-laura-alonso-por-las-represas-de-santa-cruz\/36441\/","title":{"rendered":"Imputan a Aranguren y a Laura Alonso por las represas de Santa Cruz"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Lo dict&#xF3; la fiscal federal Paloma Ochoa por supuesto &quot;conflicto de intereses e impacto ambiental&quot; en la construcci&#xF3;n de las represas Jorge Cepernic y N&#xE9;stor Kirchner en la provincia de Santa Cruz.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El ministro de Energ&#xED;a de la Naci&#xF3;n, Juan Jos&#xE9; Aranguren, junto al subsecretario de Energ&#xED;a Hidroel&#xE9;ctrica, Jorge Marcolini y a la titular de la Oficina Anticorrupci&#xF3;n, Laura Alonso, fueron imputados por la fiscal federal Paloma Ochoa por el nombramiento de un subsecretario de Estado que regular&#xE1; las represas en Santa Cruz.<\/p>\n<p>La denuncia, que recay&#xF3; ante el juez federal Sebastian Ramos, hab&#xED;a sido presentada por el senador Fernando &#x201C;Pino&#x201D; Solanas y el titular de la Asociaci&#xF3;n Argentina de Abogados Ambientalistas Enrique Viale.<\/p>\n<p>Por ello, Sebasti&#xE1;n Ramos, pidi&#xF3; que se investigue si los funcionarios de Cambiemos incurrieron en los delitos de &quot;abuso de autoridad&quot; y &quot;negociaciones incompatibles con el ejercicio de funciones p&#xFA;blicas&quot;. Los denunciantes tambi&#xE9;n detallaron que el 10 de diciembre de 2015 Marcolini asumi&#xF3; como subsecretario de Energ&#xED;a Hidroel&#xE9;ctrica y, el 27 de enero de 2016, fue designado director titular de Emprendimientos Energ&#xE9;ticos Binacionales SA (Ebisa), la empresa encargada de presentar el nuevo estudio de impacto ambiental.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Lo dict&#xF3; la fiscal federal Paloma Ochoa por supuesto &quot;conflicto de intereses e impacto ambiental&quot; en la construcci&#xF3;n de las represas Jorge Cepernic y N&#xE9;stor Kirchner en la provincia de Santa Cruz.
