Debido al riesgo de fuga existente, la fiscal federal Mar&#xED;a &#xC1;ngeles Ramos consigui&#xF3; la orden de detenci&#xF3;n y regreso a prisi&#xF3;n.<\/p>\n<p>El represor civil Luis Mui&#xF1;a fue detenido este viernes luego de que el Tribunal Oral en lo Criminal Federal N&#xB0;2 de la Capital Federal hiciera lugar al pedido de detenci&#xF3;n formulado por la fiscal federal Mar&#xED;a &#xC1;ngeles Ramos, quien hab&#xED;a logrado que la C&#xE1;mara Federal de Casaci&#xF3;n revocara el sobreseimiento del acusado por dos homicidios.<\/p>\n<p>Tal como informa el Ministerio P&#xFA;blico Fiscal, la detenci&#xF3;n se fund&#xF3; en el riesgo de fuga y en la consecuente necesidad de evitar la &quot;frustraci&#xF3;n&quot; del juicio oral en esta causa, que comenzar&#xE1; el 13 de marzo de 2018. De esta forma, Mui&#xF1;a, de 63 a&#xF1;os y quien fuera condenado a 13 a&#xF1;os de prisi&#xF3;n en 2011 y recientemente beneficiado por el pol&#xE9;mico fallo de la Corte Suprema de Justicia que redujo su pena por aplicaci&#xF3;n del &quot;2&#215;1&quot;, regres&#xF3; a la c&#xE1;rcel.<\/p>\n<p>Mui&#xF1;a fue integrante del denominado &quot;Grupo Swat&quot; que actu&#xF3; en el centro clandestino &quot;El Chalet&quot;, en instalaciones del Hospital Posadas, est&#xE1; acusado en esta causa -junto a Argentino R&#xED;os- por los homicidios de los m&#xE9;dicos Jorge Mario Roitman y Jacobo Chester, quienes integraron el grupo de v&#xED;ctimas por el que fue condenado en 2011.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hab&#xED;a quedado en libertad tras el fallo de la Corte Suprema de Justicia que beneficia con el 2X1 a condenados por delitos de lesa humanidad.
