Acusa al Grupo Macri de vender acciones de Autopistas Del Sol SA por u$s19,7 millones de dólares a Natal Inversiones SA, luego del aumento de tarifas autorizado por el ministro de Transporte Guillermo Dietrich, generándole al Grupo Macri ganancias millonarias. <\/p>\n

Alegando "negociaciones incompatibles con la función pública y enriquecimiento ilícito", la diputada nacional por el GEN Margarita Stolbizer, hoy aliada del Frente Renovador, denunció penalmente a funcionarios del gobierno nacional y familia presidencial. En la acusación, Stolbizer denuncia que "diferentes funcionarios públicos se interesaron en beneficiar a la empresa Autopistas del Sol SA de la familia Macri, condicionando así la voluntad de la administración pública por la inserción de un interés particular".<\/p>\n

La causa, que recayó en el juzgado federal a cargo del magistrado Daniel Rafecas, sostiene que la empresa Autopistas del Sol SA fue transferida en unos u$s19.7 millones, después de un repetido aumento de tarifas en los peajes que generó un 400% de aumento desde diciembre de 2015 hasta el presente.<\/p>\n

De esta manera, Stolbizer sostiene que la venta de acciones se origina "luego de sucesivos aumentos en los peajes dispuestos por organismos del Poder Ejecutivo, y que han sido cuestionados por las organizaciones sociales que ofician en actividades de control, sobre la prestación de los servicios de peaje en las rutas del país”, lo que posibilitó una "ganancia extraordinaria" a Autopistas del Sol previo a su venta, lo que pudo haber incluso contribuido a mejorar su cotización para el traspaso accionario, sostiene la denuncia.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
