Se trata del titular del programa, José Cano, quien fue imputado por el posible delito de pago de coimas. Está siendo investigado en una causa que involucra a dos funcionarios tucumanos del PAMI y a una empresa de Corea del Sur, a partir de la firma de un convenio para la compra de productos para jubilados por 300 millones de dólares.<\/p>\n

La causa es llevada adelante por la fiscal federal Alejandra Mangano, quien debe decidir si Alberto Darnay, responsable de la Unidad el Coordinador de Enlace con la Unidad Plan Belgrano con el PAMI; Osvaldo Barreñada, dirigente del radicalismo tucumano; y el empresario Octavio Accardi firmaron convenios en Corea del Sur a nombre del Estado argentino. Según la denuncia, la compra estipulaba un plus del 10 por ciento que sería destinado en concepto de coima a Cano, según reseñó Página 12.<\/p>\n

“Que la Justicia investigue y finalmente se pondrá blanco sobre negro", dijo por su parte Cano, consultado en radio La Red. "No tengo nada que ver", concluyó.<\/p>\n

El Plan Belgrano fue anunciado con bombos y platillos por el Gobierno de Mauricio Macri: debía incluir inversiones millonarias en infraestructura en las provincias del norte argentino. Un año y 5 meses después, las acciones del programa no se ven: hasta los propios funcionarios nacionales reconocieron que "no está funcionando como esperábamos".<\/p>\n

"El principal desafío que tengo es respetar la palabra empeñada, que es que el Plan Belgrano funcione", dijo por su parte Cano en marzo de este año.
