El ex fiscal de la Corte Penal Internacional, dijo que "si te quedás con los jueces federales, los usás para atacar a los enemigos; pero al final de tu gestión, vos vas a ser el enemigo". Además lanzó críticas contra el juez Claudio Bonadio en el marco de las acusaciones al titular de la Corte Suprema, Ricardo Lorenzetti.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Luis Moreno Ocampo, el ex fiscal del Juicio a las Juntas Militares, opinó acerca de la situación de Ricardo Lorenzetti, quien es criticado por la diputada Elisa Carrió, y declaró que "atacarlo y no meterse con Bonadio es ridículo, porque quienes dan impunidad a los dirigentes políticos son los jueces federales".<\/p>\n

En diálogo radial con La Once Diez,  Moreno Ocampo señaló que "todo el mundo sabe quién es Bonadio: es un juez de la servilleta", en referencia a la famosa servilleta de Corach, pero aclaró que "no es un problema o de los jueces en particular; es un problema de quiénes son los que los designan y protegen".<\/p>\n

El ex fiscal explicó que "Cristina Kirchner hizo lo que hizo De la Rúa y lo que está haciendo Macri: comprar a los jueces". "Si te quedas con los jueces federales, los usas para atacar a los enemigos; pero el problema es que, al final de tu gestión, vos vas a ser el enemigo. Y a Macri le va a pasar lo mismo", aseguró.<\/p>\n

Moreno Ocampo, tambien se refirió al ministro de Justicia de la Nación, Germán Garavano, de quien dijo que "hace reformas menores, o discute castrar a los violadores, y no discute cómo investigamos los crímenes centrales de la Argentina". Y, a continuación, señaló: "¿Quién comete los femicidios? Siempre es gente del crimen organizado y está detrás el tráfico de drogas".<\/p>\n

Además, agrego: "La única manera de terminar con los femicidios es enfocar la mirada en el crimen organizado y en el tráfico de drogas, porque a veces son vinculaciones personales y casos individuales, pero en general son vinculaciones con el crimen organizado, que a su vez tiene vinculaciones con la policía y la política; y eso es lo central".<\/p>\n
