Pidi&#xF3; revocar el fallo que conden&#xF3; a Milagro Sala, l&#xED;der de la organizaci&#xF3;n Tupac Amaru, como supuesta instigadora de un escrache con huevos al gobernador de Jujuy Gerardo Morales. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En su texto, De Luca afirm&#xF3; que durante el proceso judicial no se pudo demostrar que Sala fuera la autora intelectual del hecho. Adem&#xE1;s, record&#xF3; que la dirigente social no estuvo presente en el lugar donde se produjo el escrache en 2009. El 28 de diciembre de 2016 fueron condenados adem&#xE1;s de Sala otros dos integrantes de la Tupac, como Graciela L&#xF3;pez y Gustavo Salvatierra. El fiscal pidi&#xF3; revocar las condenas de los tres.<\/p>\n<p>Sala se encuentra detenida en la c&#xE1;rcel de Alto Comedero, Jujuy, desde enero de 2016. Organismos de Derechos Humanos denunciaron su encarcelamiento ante organismos internacionales, que se expidieron contra la decisi&#xF3;n de la Justicia provincial y reclamaron al Estado argentino por la liberaci&#xF3;n de la dirigente de la Tupac. En las pr&#xF3;ximas semanas, representantes de la Comisi&#xF3;n Interamericana de Derechos Humanos (CIDH) visitar&#xE1;n el pa&#xED;s por ese caso.
