{"id":37865,"date":"2017-04-26T16:28:04","date_gmt":"2017-04-26T16:28:04","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2017-04-26T16:28:04","modified_gmt":"2017-04-26T16:28:04","slug":"un-fallo-judicial-obliga-a-vidal-a-devolver-los-descuentos-a-docentes-por-dias-de-paro","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/primereando.com.ar\/index.php\/2017\/04\/26\/un-fallo-judicial-obliga-a-vidal-a-devolver-los-descuentos-a-docentes-por-dias-de-paro\/37865\/","title":{"rendered":"Un fallo judicial obliga a Vidal a devolver los descuentos a docentes por d\u00edas de paro"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Un fallo judicial obliga a la gobernadora, Mar&#xED;a Eugenia Vidal, a devolver los descuentos que se les hicieron a los docentes por los d&#xED;as de paro, adem&#xE1;s, considera ilegales los premios a quienes no se plegaron a las medidas de fuerza.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La decisi&#xF3;n fue tomada por el Juzgado en lo Contencioso Administrativo N&#xBA;2 de La Plata, que hizo lugar al pedido del Sindicato Argentino de Docentes Privados (Sadop), que sosten&#xED;a que los descuentos realizados por los d&#xED;as de paro de marzo eran ilegales.<\/p>\n<p>El fallo tambi&#xE9;n considera ilegales los premios a aquellos docentes que no se plegaron a la medida de fuerza, y exige al ejecutivo provincial, en este caso, que se abstenga de &quot;todo acto que altere, restrinja, limite o afecte la libertad de los trabajadores de la educaci&#xF3;n&quot;.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, el bono por no adherirse al paro deber&#xE1; contabilizarse como a cuenta de futuros sueldos, sostuvo la decisi&#xF3;n judicial.
