Junto al Presidente, el fiscal Jorge Di Lello imputó a funcionarios del Ejecutivo, a miembros de la línea aérea de origen colombiano AVIANCA y a empresarios del sector aeronáutico. Es por los delitos de asociación ilícita, negociaciones incompatibles, defraudación contra la administración pública y tráfico de influencias en el marco de presuntas irregularidades vinculadas a la explotación del espacio aéreo argentino<\/p>\n

El presidente Mauricio Macri fue imputado por el fiscal Jorge Di Lello en el marco de la causa en la que investiga posibles irregularidades vinculadas a la explotación del espacio aéreo en perjuicio de Aerolíneas Argentinas y a favor del grupo Avianca.<\/p>\n

Junto al Presidente, el responsable de la Fiscalía Federal número 1 imputó a funcionarios del Ejecutivo, a miembros de la línea aérea de origen colombiano AVIANCA y a empresarios del sector aeronáutico por la posible comisión de los delitos de" asociación ilícita, negociaciones incompatibles, defraudación contra la administración pública y tráfico de influencias", consignó el sitio Fiscales.<\/p>\n

El instructor, en su requerimiento, refirió a una serie de maniobras, entre las que se encuentra el otorgamiento de rutas áreas, presuntamente destinadas a beneficiar a AVIANCA, empresa que en 2016 adquirió la firma Macair Jet, propiedad del grupo económico liderado por Franco Macri.<\/p>\n

También fueron apuntados por Di Lello el ministro de Transporte, Guillermo Dietrich; el secretario General de la Presidencia, Fernando de Andreis; el director General de Logística de la Presidencia, Carlos Cobas; el titular de la Administración Nacional de Aviación Civil (ANAC), Juan Pedro Irigoin; y el director nacional de Transporte Aéreo de ese organismo, Hernán Gómez.<\/p>\n

En el expediente, el fiscal señaló que podrían haber cometido los delitos de asociación ilícita, negociaciones incompatibles, defraudación contra la administración pública y tráfico de influencias en el marco de presuntas irregularidades vinculadas a la explotación del espacio aéreo argentino, puntualmente en el otorgamiento de rutas a Avianca.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
