Fuentes judiciales informaron que a raíz del requerimiento fiscal, la jueza María Servini de Cubría ya libró varias medidas de prueba para avanzar en la investigación. Federico Pinedo se suma así a los miembros del Gobierno que empiezan a ser investigados por irregularidades en su gestión.<\/p>\n

El fiscal federal Patricio Evers imputó al presidente provisional del Senado, Federico Pinedo , por el presunto delito de "negociaciones incompatibles" con la función pública, al ser acusado de intentar favorecer mediante un proyecto de ley a una empresa de telecomunicaciones de la cual él fue parte.<\/p>\n

Fuentes judiciales informaron que a raíz del requerimiento fiscal, la jueza María Servini de Cubría ya libró varias medidas de prueba para avanzar en la investigación.<\/p>\n

La magistrada, en coincidencia con el pedido fiscal, ya reclamó copia del proyecto de ley y emplazar en 72 horas a la Secretaría de Comunicaciones y a la Inspección General de Justicia para que le remita informes sobre el hecho denunciado.<\/p>\n

La denuncia había sido hecha en noviembre pasado por el abogado Leonardo Martínez Herrero, el mismo que denunciara a la vicepresidenta Gabriela Michetti por la tenencia de dinero en efectivo que le fuera robado de su domicilio particular.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
