El titular de la Aduana Nacional, Juan José Gómez Centurión, fue denunciado hoy por "apología del crimen" a raíz de las declaraciones en las que negó la existencia de un "plan sistemático" de represión ilegal en la última dictadura militar.<\/p>\n

Era de esperarse. El escándalo que generó Gomez Centurión llegó a la justicia. La denuncia fue presentada por la ex legisladora porteña Delia Bisutti y por el abogado Sergio Zurano, y quedó a cargo el juez federal Ariel Lijo, según el sorteo hecho en la Cámara Federal porteña.<\/p>\n

Bisuti es sobreviviente del centro clandestino de detención conocido como "Sheraton" que funcionó la comisaría de Villa Insuperable y, además, su esposo está desaparecido.<\/p>\n

"Se preguntan los denunciantes y preguntan al señor juez si es legítimo que un funcionario del Gobierno Nacional se exprese como Gómez Centurión lo ha hecho, teniendo en cuenta la calificación que a sus palabras otorgan su carácter de funcionario, más allá de eventuales y posteriores disculpas", afirmaron en la denuncia.<\/p>\n

"No bastan los comunicados cuando se delinque", agregaron. Las declaraciones del funcionario "justificaron la acción criminal" perpetrada en la dictadura y "condenada en los juicios de lesa humanidad", agregaron los denunciantes.<\/p>\n

Lijo deberá ahora dar vista a la fiscalía para que determine si corresponde o no imputar al funcionario.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
