Se trata de Daniel Lewicky quien llegó a la fama por manejar en contramano borracho y maltratando a los agentes de tránsito de la policía hace unas semanas. Ahora generó un  nuevo escándalo cuando se negó a entregar las llaves de su oficina.<\/p>\n

El edil de Cambiemos de Avellaneda, quien a fines de octubre último fue detenido cuando manejaba borracho, a contramano y sin registro en el barrio porteño de Constitución, ahora generó un nuevo escándalo al atrincherarse en su oficina.<\/p>\n

Desde Unidos por Avellaneda informaron que Lewicki se atrincheró en lo era su oficina de concejal y se negó a entregar las llaves, ya que dicho espacio debía ser ocupado por la edil que ingresó en su reemplazo en el Concejo Deliberante que es la docente Julia Recalde.<\/p>\n

Según lo que denuncian, el concejal del escándalo contó con el aval de la diputada nacional Gladys González y Diego Malito presidente del Bloque Cambiemos.<\/p>\n

Cabe señalar que la resolución por parte de la comisión conformada por los presidentes de los bloques del Concejo Deliberante -luego de los hechos- fue la de suspender preventivamente a Lewicki de sus funciones para investigar el caso. "Nuestra agrupación califica la misma como tibia, corporativa y de espalda a lo que la sociedad reclamaba como una medida ejemplar ante un acto delictivo cometido por un legislador", manifestaron desde Unidos por Avellaneda.<\/p>\n

Además resaltaron que esta decisión permite que "el Concejal se atribuya nuevas licencias caprichosas, patoteras, por encima de toda autoridad y el normal funcionamiento de las instituciones" y "demuestra que el implicado que no aprendió ninguna lección de esta lamentable situación que generó. Tampoco existe reflexión alguna por su parte".
