El Gobierno dio de baja el plan "Argentina Sonríe", La medida se publicó este viernes en el Boletín Oficial y lleva la firma del ministro de Salud, Jorge Lemus.<\/p>\n

El Gobierno oficializó la baja del plan de salud dental Argentina Sonríe porque "no fue dirigido a las poblaciones vulnerables" e indicó que los mismos objetivos "se encuentran contemplados en los objetivos de la "Dirección Nacional de Salud Bucodental".<\/p>\n

La baja del plan, publicada este viernes en el Boletín Oficial, se debe, según Lemus, a que "no alcanzó a dar cumplimiento con las políticas públicas de salud establecidas al momento de su creación, ya que no fue dirigido a las poblaciones vulnerables, habiéndose desarrollado en provincias con un bajo índice de infecciones bucales y alta cobertura de la salud".<\/p>\n

De este modo, el ministro de Salud, Jorge Lemus, indicó que "la falta de continuidad de operativos durante un año le permitió al PROGRAMA NACIONAL 'ARGENTINA SONRÍE' sólo llegar a tres provincias de las veintitrés que conforman el territorio argentino".<\/p>\n

Así mismo, el comunicado indicó que "los objetivos que desarrollaba el 'PROGRAMA NACIONAL ARGENTINA SONRÍE' se encuentran contemplados en los objetivos de la DIRECCIÓN NACIONAL DE SALUD BUCODENTAL".<\/p>\n
