Samid scriticó al presidente de la Sociedad Rural, Miguel Etchevehere, quien había defendido el precio de la carne y pidió por un sistema de corte más eficiente: "Saliendo de la General Paz, la gente no come lomo, porque es un corte magro".<\/p>\n

El ex vicepresidente del Mercado Central consideró que Etchevehere, en base a lo que había dicho, "tiene la mirada de los ricos" y sostuvo que es un "pelotudo bárbaro". El empresario recordó cuando en 1900 teníamos "70 millones de cabezas de ganado y eramos poquitos", pero los ingleses nos decían "que no podíamos comer carne, tienen que comer achuras".<\/p>\n

"Quiere que comamos el cogote y mandar todo para afuera. Este piensa de la misma manera", indicó el empresario cercano a Scioli en relación a que el titular de la Sociedad Rural había reclamado "un sistema de cortes" de carne "que haga más eficiente la cadena". "La eficientización sería esos lomos venderlos en los lugares donde sí tienen demanda. Vendiendo el lomo más caro serían más baratos el resto de los cortes", explicó.<\/p>\n

"De ahí comemos achuras, de la guachada de los ingleses que se llevaban la carne", lanzó Samid en diálogo con radio 10. A su vez, indicó que el precio de la carne está "masomenos acorde", pero arremetió contra los supermercados porque "aplican un 200 por ciento de ganancia" y "es imposible comprar".<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
