{"id":41328,"date":"2016-06-27T15:51:41","date_gmt":"2016-06-27T15:51:41","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2016-06-27T15:51:41","modified_gmt":"2016-06-27T15:51:41","slug":"amplian-la-denuncia-contra-aranguren-por-favorecer-a-shell","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/primereando.com.ar\/index.php\/2016\/06\/27\/amplian-la-denuncia-contra-aranguren-por-favorecer-a-shell\/41328\/","title":{"rendered":"Ampl\u00edan la denuncia contra Aranguren por favorecer a Shell"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La ampliaci&#xF3;n fue presentada ante el juez federal Luis Rodr&#xED;guez, a cargo de la causa, y, all&#xED;, los legisladores kirchneristas advirtieron que el funcionario &quot;no s&#xF3;lo tiene la informaci&#xF3;n antes que cualquier otro accionista, sino que es quien decide lo que sucede en ese mercado, definiendo pol&#xED;ticas estatales que benefician o perjudican a la empresa anglo-holandesa de la cual es accionista&quot;.<\/p>\n<p>En el marco de este expediente, el ministro Aranguren fue denunciado por supuestas &quot;negociaciones incompatibles&quot; con la funci&#xF3;n p&#xFA;blica en referencia a operaciones de compra de gas.<\/p>\n<p>Los diputados sostuvieron que se habr&#xED;a dejado de importar gas desde Bolivia para optar por Chile a un precio superior, con miras a beneficiar a Shell.<\/p>\n<p>&#x201C;El inter&#xE9;s del ministro es que Argentina le compre a Chile el gas a 6,9 d&#xF3;lares antes que recibir en Bolivia los 3 o 4 d&#xF3;lares del contrato que Argentina tiene con ese pa&#xED;s hermano y, as&#xED;, poder venderle a esos &#x2018;compradores&#x2019; el gas boliviano a 8 d&#xF3;lares&#x201D;, sostuvo la denuncia.<\/p>\n<p>Adem&#xE1;s, se explic&#xF3; que el gas chileno &#x201C;es de origen noruego y fue transportado desde el sur de Francia como Gas Natural Licuado en barco hasta la planta de regasificaci&#xF3;n de Mejillones, en la costa pac&#xED;fica del norte de Chile&#x201D;.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi&#xE9;n, en la ampliaci&#xF3;n de la denuncia, los diputados Do&#xF1;ate y Tailhade remarcaron que &#x201C;el valor de las acciones de la Royal Dutch Shell ha subido desde el 20 de enero del 2016 de 16,67 euros la acci&#xF3;n hasta 22,88 euros la acci&#xF3;n el d&#xED;a 10 de junio&#x201D;.<\/p>\n<p>&#x201C;Si el Estado argentino favorece con todas sus pol&#xED;ticas a la empresa Shell, y sus acciones aumentan de valor, en alguna medida es consecuencia l&#xF3;gica y natural de esas medidas&#x201D;, concluyeron.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La ampliaci&#xF3;n fue presentada ante el juez federal Luis Rodr&#xED;guez, a cargo de la causa, y, all&#xED;, los legisladores kirchneristas advirtieron que el funcionario &quot;no s&#xF3;lo tiene la informaci&#xF3;n antes que cualquier otro accionista, sino que es quien decide lo que sucede en ese mercado, definiendo pol&#xED;ticas estatales que benefician o perjudican a la empresa [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[3],"tags":[927,3591,4297],"class_list":["post-41328","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-pais","tag-cambiemos","tag-juan-jose-aranguren","tag-shell"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v22.0 -
