{"id":41396,"date":"2016-06-21T13:02:03","date_gmt":"2016-06-21T13:02:03","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2016-06-21T13:02:03","modified_gmt":"2016-06-21T13:02:03","slug":"piter-robledo-contrato-a-un-homicida","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/primereando.com.ar\/index.php\/2016\/06\/21\/piter-robledo-contrato-a-un-homicida\/41396\/","title":{"rendered":"Piter Robledo contrat\u00f3 a un homicida"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El Subsecretario de Juventud Pedro Robledo ech&#xF3; a 25 personas el 1 de mayo, completando 55 despidos de un total de 80 trabajadores, aduciendo que su gabinete hab&#xED;a evaluado el desempe&#xF1;o de los mismos y que no eran aptos para las tareas que se les encomendaban.<\/p>\n<p>Pero tal &#x201C;diligencia&#x201D; no le impidi&#xF3; que uno de los miembros m&#xE1;s importantes de su gabinete haya sido sentenciado por un delito, lo cual adem&#xE1;s de lo moralmente repudiable contradice las normativas del funcionariado p&#xFA;blico,&#xA0;seg&#xFA;n inform&#xF3; el portal Infobaires24.<\/p>\n<p>Se trata de Leonel Enrique Isi, coordinador del programa DesarrollArte de la subsecretar&#xED;a, pero tambi&#xE9;n amigo personal de Robledo, presidente de la fundaci&#xF3;n Pensar El Camino (fundaci&#xF3;n que presidi&#xF3; Robledo hasta ahora, que debi&#xF3; dejar para asumir como presidente de los J&#xF3;venes Pro), y miembro activo de la Juventud Pro.<\/p>\n<p>El 15 de abril de 2014 fue condenado por el Tribunal Oral en lo Criminal n&#xB0; 17 de Capital Federal, con la presidencia del Dr. Alejandro Noceti Ach&#xE1;val, Juan Facundo Giudice Bravo y Pablo Daniel Vega, a la pena de dos a&#xF1;os de prisi&#xF3;n en suspenso y cinco a&#xF1;os de inhabilitaci&#xF3;n para conducir, seg&#xFA;n dio a conocer recientemente el portal Infobaires.<\/p>\n<p>La condena es por el homicidio culposo de Liliana Beatriz Maldonado, a quien el 7 de julio de 2013 atropell&#xF3;, seg&#xFA;n el fallo, en estado de ebriedad y habiendo consumido coca&#xED;na y tras lo cual se dio a la fuga.<\/p>\n<p>Ante la imposibilidad de contratarlo por las v&#xED;as habituales, que contradicen las normativas vigentes, Robledo ha nombrado a Isi como coordinador del programa DesarrollArte acudiendo a la contrataci&#xF3;n por v&#xED;a de la modalidad de contrato temporario.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Subsecretario de Juventud Pedro Robledo ech&#xF3; a 25 personas el 1 de mayo, completando 55 despidos de un total de 80 trabajadores, aduciendo que su gabinete hab&#xED;a evaluado el desempe&#xF1;o de los mismos y que no eran aptos para las tareas que se les encomendaban.
