Este miércoles y como estaba previsto tras un semestre de apagón estadístico, el Instituto Nacional de Estadística y Censos (Indec) hizo público el Índice de Precios al Consumidor (IPC) correspondiente a mayo que registró  la friolera de 4,2 por ciento.<\/p>\n

Los nuevos números oficiales superaron incluso a los cálculos privados que fueron dífundidos en los últimos días.<\/p>\n

El lunes se divulgaba lo que se conoce como IPC Congreso de mayo, calculado por consultoras privadas y dado a conocer por legisladores de la oposición: 3,5 por ciento de aumento con relación al mes anterior. Así se llegaba a un acumulado de 23,5 por ciento en 2016 y del 43,6 por ciento para los últimos doce meses.<\/p>\n

Como era de esperar y con los tarifazos contextualizando la vida de los argentinos, las mayores subas se registraron en los rubros Transporte (+5,6 por ciento) y Bienes y Servicios (+5,25 por ciento).
