Es decir, utiliz&#xF3; fondos que ven&#xED;an para otros destinos y endeudamiento para cubrir gastos de funcionamiento&quot;.<\/p>\n<p>Por otra parte, destacan que todas las &#xE1;reas municipales aumentaron sus gastos , en algunos casos de m&#xE1;s del 200% &#xA0;en relaci&#xF3;n a los que se hab&#xED;a aprobado como presupuesto.<\/p>\n<p>En el mismo informe, Nuevo Encuentro, advierte sobre el uso de &quot;adecuaciones y cheques posdata&quot;,&#xA0;y sostiene que si bien son un herramienta de la administraci&#xF3;n municipal, lo extra&#xF1;o es para que se lo utiliza y a qu&#xE9; proveedores se les entrega, dnd&#xF3; ejemplos de empresas inexistentes a las que le fueron otorgado estos tipos de pago.<\/p>\n<p>Al final del informe los concejales de Nuevo Encuentro anuncian que no van a aprobar &quot;las cuentas del a&#xF1;os 2015&quot;, lo que implicar&#xED;a un duro golpe para el bar&#xF3;n del conurbano, Julio Pereyra dado que tendr&#xE1; serios problemas para lograr mayor&#xED;a en el concejo para la aprobaci&#xF3;n de sus cuentas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El bloque de concejales de Nuevo Encuentro, present&#xF3; un detallado informe sobre la rendici&#xF3;n de cuentas de la gesti&#xF3;n per&#xED;odo 2014-2015 de la administraci&#xF3;n municipal de Julio Pereyra (PJ).
